So I think that you're finding a lot of People in the same way that PayPal was Like this amazing place for people to Kind of spin out these new ideas and go On and pursue great and large scale Problems I think you're going to start To see the same thing in places like SpaceX and Tesla and andil and even open AI what you're going to start to see is Maybe not second time Founders but People who have established themselves As great operators Within These large Organizations maybe take the leap of Faith to go and solve something that They noticed while they were in one of These big companies the alumni factor is Critical this is why I tell young people Don't go into Venture Capital like at a School much better to go work at andrel Learn watch somebody like Palmer lucky Build a company go work at SpaceX watch That team build a company get some reps Under your belt put in your five years And then man you're going to look at the World completely differently you're Going to see opportunities in a way that You won't be able to understand until You've done It
