Looking at the boom in these delivery Aggregators of food delivering from the Restaurant to homes millennial gen z the Younger generation have two daughters 22 And 19 they don’t want to cook anymore Convenience is at a premium i just felt Like as a user of those that the Experience wasn’t quite what it could be The food was often cold when you got it A lot of things don’t travel well it’s Expensive there’s a lot of fees the Service isn’t on point it just wasn’t a Great experience but the concept of Getting high quality food that’s hot and Really great tasting delicious to your Door Is a big idea That’s where i sort of came up with this Idea of what if the restaurant actually Came to you and that was the idea of Building these mobile restaurants that Have a full-on kitchen built in the back But with high-speed impingement oven There’s no open flame it’s not a Microwave it’s actually cooking the food But it’s really using high tech And the question was could you do it and After three and a half years of a lot of Food engineering and food science we now Are able to with a low skilled person With little training Cook and pump out really high quality Food right outside your door in a matter Of minutes
Right now we’re still in 17 towns in new Jersey in a contiguous area we’ve got 17 Mobile restaurants on the road about 110 Trucks so there’s maybe seven or eight Trucks per Restaurant chain we’re adding about 10 New trucks a week and adding about a new Town every 10 days to two weeks so we’re Really now starting to expand But the customer feedback has been Incredible even better than we expected We’re really uh really really happy with The progress that we’re seeing we’ve Acquired the rights to some great ip Some great chefs bobby flay steak marcus Samuelson nancy silverton of pizzeria Moza we’ve acquired the right to some Great restaurant brands as well like Deferra pizza out of out of new york City these are proven restaurants that Are the best or the proven chefs and the Idea is to buy the name the right the ip The menu to basically jump start the Creation of one of these vertically Integrated restaurants from scratch we Actually had bobby flake come in he Tried the steak he loved it he thought It replicated the same exact steak in His bobby flay restaurant he was just Curious how we would possibly replicate That quality in the truck with the push Of a button I really just fell in love with our Mission which is we believe that
