[Interview] With QuickJump Founder Trey Colley

Trey Colley

Introduction:

Trey Colley is the Founder & CEO of QuickJump LLC, a social media marketing and growth agency that has been making waves in the field of digital marketing over the past few years.

By the age of 21 years old, he had founded the business of his dreams, moved into the dream house he had always wanted to live in, and was living the life that many only dream of. He put his money where his mouth was, risked it all, and it paid off in a big way.

At just 22 years of age, his swiftly growing business has experienced an increase in revenue that has made some of his biggest competitors look at him in astonishment. It even is causing them to ask for partnerships or joint ventures.

Because of the work QuickJump performs, and its high-level celebrity clientele, Trey Colley regularly travels the globe and assists some of the biggest celebrities and companies to take their businesses on social networks to the highest stages of success.

How did the idea for QuickJump begin?

QuickJump LLC helps brands gain greater social credibility and authority within their industry or niche that naturally results in clients seeing better conversion rates and more rapid growth. We have assisted in the growth of more than 10,000+ brands in almost every field there is, and at an incredible rate.

As QuickJump grows and expands, so will the services we provide. From celebrity marketing, social media consultation, and full-scale PR campaigns; we are always trying to improve the services we provide and create new ones.

Could you tell our readers about your entrepreneurial journey so far … from where you began, to how you first entered the industry, to the founding of QuickJump?

I first tried to earn money through Instagram in 2019. However, because of the timing of everything, my initial attempts were very short-lived. In 2020, I came up with some new ideas, and the last idea was the one that gained traction. The idea was the social media branding & growth company now called QuickJump. The name QuickJump is derived from our capability to “quick jump” brands to unimaginable growth.

Most of our readers are Startup Entrepreneurs. Could you go into more detail on the process of how you first launched QuickJump, and where the idea for it came from?

The idea was born out of the struggles and desires of trying to be noticed in a sea of social networks. There are a variety of platforms to choose from, and the algorithms are varied (as is the competition). I continued to experiment with different methods to increase my visibility until I discovered our now proprietary method of building brands. We’ve now helped thousands of companies increase their social media presence using it.

Since you launched your first business, what has worked best for you in terms of attracting, and retaining, your clients?

Utilizing the testimonials and results of our current clients.

Furthermore, we provide the best guarantee, while protecting our brand at all times. The biggest issue in the world of social media is the sheer number of false claims and scams. Therefore, we’ve made promises that are unheard of and we’re always completely open about our expectations for the service we provide … we prefer to over-promise, and then over-deliver.

We are also deeply concerned about the success of our clients, however, we seldom refer to them as just a “client”. We view each client joining the QuickJump family as being a person we consider a friend. We look out for them & their success in the same way that we would for a good friend.

What is your focus strategy for making more people aware of your brand, and engaging with new potential clients? How do you make your business stand out in such a competitive landscape?

Our main goal is to partner with agencies and businesses with multiple brands that can benefit from our services. We form strategic alliances with a large variety of businesses during the course of the year. For example, we are now working with Roman Alexander Wellington.

In addition, as we expand with more and more brands, the word of mouth is spreading quickly about the positive results we’re achieving for our clients. Referrals are quite common.

What are the 3 biggest challenges you have faced building the company, and how did you overcome them?

Three major challenges I had to face when growing QuickJump included delegating, lead generation, and finding reliable influencers to collaborate with.

It was difficult at first to delegate because I could handle everything by myself. The problem was that it was taking way too much of my time, and I realized that hiring people to take on a lot of my repeatable tasks, would increase the revenue of the business much faster.

I realized that time was the most valuable thing I had, so I decided to begin the process of forming the best team I could. This experience helped me to encourage my team members, and better ensure we’re all happy and successful.

Regarding lead generation, I resolved this issue by creating strategic alliances with other agencies allowing me to access totally new lead channels.

In the case of partnerships with influencers, I was able to develop an extremely rigorous vetting procedure to select the influencers we’d like to collaborate with that matched our extremely high standards.

How is QuickJump doing now, and what does the future of the business look like?

QuickJump is the leader in the market right now. There’s no competition that can match our offerings or results. I believe this is because of our incredible pricing as well as our unparalleled guarantees. If we don’t get our client’s results, we don’t get paid. The majority of companies in the industry don’t want to offer a guarantee like … we do.

We are now achieving more than six figures in sales per month, and have met or even exceeded our yearly goals, in only the first quarter.

In the near future, we’ll go through a complete rebranding process to make the company even more of an upper-echelon brand. We also plan on launching new market-leading products that we aren’t able to reveal just yet.

What excites you about the industry, and where do you see it going in the near future?

I’m looking forward to getting deeper involved with disruptive technology. As I consult with more brands, I am beginning to see increasing patterns that could be solved using simple software. It’s a bright future and the projects we are involved with now are going to be revolutionary for the industry.

Where do you see QuickJump in five years?

I think QuickJump will be able to hit the 9-figure mark in 5 years. Then we might change our name or have a subsidiary business under the name of QuickJump that allows us to become more software-oriented. We may even consider going public.

As an entrepreneur, what really motivates and drives you?

The desire to educate people is what drives me. I’m determined to fulfill God’s work and work toward helping people achieve their purpose. But to really be a positive influence, you have to have access to plenty of funds and resources.

I also want to invest in the charitable causes I am passionate about, and help those charities where and when they really need it.

Through founding this incredible company, have you learned any valuable lessons you would share with our readers?

I’ve discovered that you only get what you believe is possible for you. The biggest mistake that people make in their lives is that they don’t decide what they really want from their life.

In the end, we must take a step back from “visualizing” what we want, and re-direct our focus toward actually executing the steps necessary to turn those visualizations into reality.

What’s one piece of advice that you wish someone had given you at the start of your Entrepreneurial journey?

Based on where I began and where I am now, I would not change anything about my experiences so far… even the “negative ones”.

However, I did wish someone would have really impressed upon me just how important it is to invest in yourself as a young CEO, and not just into your business. Investing into my education, mentorships, and health were just as important as the investments I made back into the company.

If you went back in time to when you were just starting, what would you do differently?

Even if I gave my former self the exact outline of how I succeeded, it wouldn’t have helped. You must be prepared for that outline, in order to understand and use it.

I believe that the issues, questions, and struggles that I had to face back then are what shaped me into the person I am today.

What are 3-4 books that have inspired, encouraged, and influenced you on your entrepreneurial journey?

These books have helped me kick-start my business, & I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is an entrepreneur no matter their stage in the journey.

These books are:

  • Think & Grow Rich
  • The Slide Edge
  • The E-Myth
  • Zero to One

They helped me on my path to becoming the entrepreneur I had always wanted to become … and helped in countless ways. I usually read one new book every week.

As a highly successful Entrepreneur, do you have any advice for other Entrepreneurs who want to get started?

Find your passion, learn as much as you can about the Law Of Attraction, quit thinking about what other people think about you or your ideas, and stick to your ethics and morals at all times.

What has been your greatest accomplishment?

My greatest accomplishment was founding a company that lets me be financially secure, and do what I like, at any time I’d like. I earn money from any place around the globe, and to do so, all I need is a WIFI connection. It’s literally a dream come true.
