China is Uninvestable The republic of china just is doing a Bond issue this morning 30 years at 2.6 I mean if you want to tie your money up With china for the next 30 years for 2.6 Then i encourage you to get out there And do it people have said on investable On a cyclical basis for the last 20 Years when we look at china we're not Focused on the consumer we realize that Data and the privacy issues involved in Consumer data and population data is Actually an issue in every single Country in the world what i don't Understand is they're going after real Estate which is 75 percent of the Consumer savings in china individually No in china if the the prices are going Down which they have been Um i think that could really hurt uh Consumer confidence i think it already Is i wouldn't say it's completely Uninvestible we just did a financing of A real estate project in london where The sponsor was chinese and i think Far excessive alarm about what's going On in china in general in the property Market caused that to be an Extraordinarily great opportunity with Very low risk and very high yield
